For students and members who have the talent and dedication needed to take it to the next level.

Jr Elite X / National Team Trials

Jr Elite X is a continuation of the National Team Trial Prep. The goal of the program is to prepare the trainees to successfully compete for National Team spots. All of those in the previous National Team Trial Prep training as well as Jr Elite/Seedling are eligible to apply for admission into this program. This is a 5 days a week training program. All training days are compulsory.

Rising Stars X

Once the student has outgrown the Olympic Dreams program, and have the talent and dedication needed to take it to the next level, the Rising Stars offers 2-hour sessions on Saturdays and Sundays to increase the training intensity of the students. In addition to the weekend sessions, we also offer Rising Stars Optional 1-hour sessions to give training continuity during the week. 

The skills that need to be mastered at this stage:

1. Strengthen the ability to control the ball in basic rallies and control placement and develop consistency.

2. Strengthen footwork movement speed and improve instant start speed.

3. Improving further the rationality of the use of techniques.

4. Combine each individual skill to become more proficient in how to play the match and improve the ability to play the match.

5. Improve consistency in the backspin loop ability.

6. Increase serving spin (sidespin), increase serving style.

7. Improve on topspin loop, defense, short ball flip, and other techniques.

Elite Jr / Seedling

Jr Elite and Seedling are continuation of the same programs with more training intensity. These programs are suitable for those who want the rigor of the Jr Elite X but can't commit to the 5 days a week schedule. The minimum required training is 2 days a week. You can choose to train up to 4 times a week!
